Program Manager responsible for designing and managing customer service delivery programs across fleet and logistics operations. Oversees complex initiatives, unblocks teams, manages resources, improves processes, analyzes performance metrics, and presents results to senior executives. Builds strategic customer relationships, leads business reviews, manages escalations, and balances customer satisfaction with operational efficiency. The role is remote-based and requires travel.

Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting. Responsibilities include making 100–150 daily calls, conducting cold outreach through email and LinkedIn, researching target accounts, identifying decision-makers, performing initial discovery, managing CRM records, following up with prospects, and improving messaging through coaching and performance metrics.

Owns high-volume hiring for the AV/EV segment across multiple markets, shifts, customers, and technical skill levels. Conducts structured interviews, evaluates technical and cultural fit, makes hiring decisions, and partners with Recruiting and Operations to meet workforce plans. Tracks hiring metrics, maintains candidate documentation, and improves selection standards using performance, retention, training, and operational feedback.
