The Specialty Infusion Pharmacist provides after-hours support for specialty infusion therapies, addresses clinical inquiries, troubleshoots IV pump issues, and reviews care plans to ensure patient safety and proper therapy implementation.

Support billing and collections by retrieving EOBs, scanning and routing correspondence, submitting electronic claims, posting cash, assisting with unapplied cash, refunds, patient adjustments, and general clerical tasks to maintain accurate reimbursement workflows.

Manage and improve the Quality Management Program for pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, and home infusion operations. Conduct audits and reviews, track corrective actions, analyze quality metrics, support accreditation readiness, develop quality documentation and dashboards, train staff, oversee vendor quality, and collaborate with leadership to reduce risks and improve patient safety and operational compliance.
