Manage operational client relationships for a mortgage lending business, handling pipelines of 100–125 active units, client communications, documentation review, aged loans, loan locks/expirations, daily reporting, and KPI targets to drive loans toward funding while resolving escalations and customer inquiries.

Support valuation, risk management, hedging strategy optimization, and reporting for MSR and GNMA EBO portfolios. Build quantitative models for interest-rate risk, assist with risk/performance reporting, and help improve risk infrastructure and analytics under senior guidance.

Develop, maintain, and enhance quantitative financial and optimization models for MSR and EBO portfolios. Collaborate with Risk, FP&A, and Servicing to inform trading and hedging strategies. Improve prepayment, mortgage rate, and delinquency models; deliver valuation, risk assessment, stress testing, and regular performance analytics.
