Develops scalable SQL datasets, analytical tools, Power BI dashboards, and reporting solutions for retail mortgage lending. Analyzes borrower portfolios, lead scoring, profitability, operational performance, and business trends. Partners with sales, marketing, operations, servicing, capital markets, and technology stakeholders to deliver actionable recommendations. Automates reporting and decision-support processes, validates data quality, communicates technical findings, and independently manages analytical assignments from discovery through implementation.

Supports Corporate Strategy and PMO initiatives through project dashboards, reporting, governance, workflow management, risk and dependency tracking, executive updates, and project documentation. Assists project managers with scope definition, planning, scheduling, resource coordination, quality assurance, stakeholder communication, and project evaluations. Maintains Smartsheet, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Jira environments while coordinating inputs from project teams, business analysts, leadership, and vendors.

Lead process assessments and workflow mapping to streamline mortgage operations. Coordinate with training, vendors, and BSA/BI, manage UAT, identify automation opportunities, and present risks/trends to management.

Lead and execute underwriting and appraisal across Correspondent, Portfolio, and Retail channels. Build and manage underwriting leadership and staff, drive operational strategy, process improvement, and capacity planning. Ensure loan quality, regulatory and investor compliance, partner with product/tech to deploy automation/AI, and maintain strategic relationships with agency and non-agency investors. Responsible for hiring, training, performance management, and meeting production and financial targets.

Develop, maintain, and enhance quantitative financial models and scalable data platforms for Capital Markets MSR and servicing. Build ETL/ELT pipelines, support trading and hedging with analytics, produce valuation, risk, and stress-testing reports, and identify automation opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency.
