Manage complex export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, certificates, FDA filings, and country-specific requirements. Monitor accuracy, compliance, exceptions, and turnaround times while coordinating with customers, carriers, warehouses, government agencies, and internal teams. Maintain audit-ready SAP records, resolve documentation issues, support training and audits, update SOPs, analyze root causes, and recommend process improvements. Serve as backup to the Associate Logistics Manager.

Coordinates international export shipments by preparing commercial and regulatory documents, tracking orders and deadlines, liaising with customers and logistics partners, resolving documentation discrepancies, supporting FDA filings and shipment amendments, maintaining audit-ready SAP records, and assisting with invoice submission and month-end closing.

The Human Resources Coordinator supports HR operations by processing payroll, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment, and assisting with benefits administration.
