Develop and execute sponsor partnership and blood drive programs to meet collection goals. Recruit, sell to, manage, and retain sponsor partners; schedule drives; track performance and analytics; support volunteers; maintain communications and system records; recommend improvements to tools and processes.

Lead daily operations of the Immunohematology Reference Lab, manage and develop staff, ensure regulatory and quality compliance (AABB/ASHI, CFR, OSHA), coordinate test implementation and QC, participate in rare donor programs, oversee inventory and potential manufacturing of special blood products, manage budgets and training, and travel nationally as required.

Manage and grow sponsor partnerships and blood drive programs in South Los Angeles. Develop annual and long-term strategies to meet collection goals, schedule drives, support and train volunteers and Blood Program Leaders, track performance metrics, maintain accurate records, and improve tools and processes. Heavy fieldwork and stakeholder communication to maximize sponsor value and collection outcomes.
