Oversees specialty pharmacy compliance with federal, state, payer, and accreditation requirements. Manages audits, inspections, risk assessments, gap analyses, corrective actions, policies, training, and quality metrics. Supervises Financial Assistance, Revenue, and Compliance teams; monitors program performance, supports staff development, prepares operational reports, and collaborates with pharmacy, clinical, and leadership teams to maintain regulatory readiness and high-quality patient care.

Leads revenue cycle activities for mergers, partnerships, and practice integrations. Assesses revenue risks, develops transition plans, oversees workflow and system conversions, coordinates go-live stabilization, monitors financial performance, and reports outcomes to leadership. Manages three transition trainers, allocates resources, supports change management, and partners with operations, IT, compliance, finance, legal, training, and clinical stakeholders to ensure revenue integrity and sustainable adoption.

Leads regional pharmacy operations across multi-site clinics, overseeing regulatory compliance, sterile compounding standards, quality assurance, pharmacy information systems, inventory, financial controls, training, and process improvement. Supports mergers and acquisitions by assessing pharmacy operations, developing corrective action plans, and coordinating transitions. Partners with clinical, procurement, billing, IT, and leadership teams while mentoring pharmacy staff and conducting remote and onsite assessments. The role requires extensive pharmacy operations experience, frequent travel, and expertise in USP 797/800 and hazardous drug handling.
