Serve as a principal systems engineer and SME for BQM-177 and BQM-34 aerial targets, leading end-to-end anomaly investigation, root cause analysis, design, manufacture, and flight-test validation of corrective actions. Provide cross-disciplinary engineering leadership (mechanical, aeronautical, systems), author test plans and technical reports, perform hands-on composite design/repair using SolidWorks, and brief senior military stakeholders. Maintain DoD cybersecurity/OPSEC/AT/FP compliance and document per government reporting standards.

Manage overall Task Order functions for a large-scale DoD contract: develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures; evaluate and improve task order management; coordinate across functional groups; manage a dispersed workforce; ensure compliance with ISO 9000:2015 and ITIL practices; maintain active Top Secret clearance; perform other assigned duties.

Lead and administer the organization's cybersecurity program per DoD standards. Develop strategies, policies, budgets, and risk assessments. Manage and secure integrated and dispersed networks, promote cybersecurity awareness, and oversee a distributed workforce. Ensure compliance and perform other assigned duties.
