The Business Development Manager will acquire new accounts, manage customer relationships, and execute strategies to drive revenue growth in the healthcare packaging sector.

Manage and maintain internal, supplier, and customer quality notifications; ensure accurate data entry, disposition tracking, and returned-goods valuation. Produce reports in SAP/Excel, support QMS, participate in daily notification meetings, internal audits, and quality projects. Coordinate with manufacturing to update methods and close notifications timely.
