Build, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain web applications and enterprise CMS platforms. Develop full-stack solutions using C#/.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and related web technologies while supporting Kentico, SharePoint, and Salesforce. Troubleshoot web servers and technical issues, integrate APIs and web services, manage cloud-hosted systems, and collaborate with business teams, consultants, and nontechnical users. Apply web security, accessibility, responsive-design, testing, and application lifecycle best practices.

Leads the Association’s diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy across organizational pillars. Builds partnerships with underserved communities, mobilizes staff and volunteers, implements and evaluates strategic action plans, analyzes service gaps, recruits community leaders, and facilitates initiatives supporting equity, access, and inclusion. The role also manages DEI documentation, volunteer councils, community forums, and collaborative problem-solving while supporting long-term organizational change.

Leads integrated marketing and communications strategies for national Alzheimer's Association constituent events. Responsibilities include campaign planning, audience segmentation, messaging, content and asset development, project management, performance tracking, and coordination across paid, earned, social, direct, digital, and print channels. Oversees standardized marketing templates and resources for chapters nationwide while supporting registration, fundraising, engagement, and consistent brand execution.
