Lead and mentor engineering teams to design, build, and scale backend services, web applications, and data pipelines. Solve complex cross‑persona problems, implement performant ELT/data integrations, and perform data analysis to investigate and resolve issues, driving engineering best practices and customer‑centric solutions.
