Own end-to-end onboarding for complex enterprise wealth-management firms, from Sales handoff through operational readiness, training, and long-term support handoff. Translate firm structures, technology, and operating models into tailored transition plans; manage risks, milestones, stakeholders, and executive communication. Establish enterprise onboarding playbooks and standards, develop scalable approaches for varied firm types, improve workflows, coordinate with Operations and internal teams, and report volume, pacing, capacity, and risks to leadership.

Serve as a product- and operations-oriented advisor support rep resolving complex issues across account opening, funding, trading, billing, reporting, and maintenance. Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and compliance to troubleshoot defects, tag feedback, maintain documentation, and deliver empathetic, high-quality advisor support while developing subject-matter expertise.

The Solutions Engineer at Altruist will act as a subject matter expert for RIAs, supporting technology adoption, conducting discovery sessions, and managing implementations while providing training and recommendations for improving workflows.
