Sources and recruits engineering candidates through networking, Boolean searches, recruiting campaigns, outreach, screening, and pipeline management. Builds candidate relationships, provides talent-market insights, supports diverse hiring pipelines, maintains recruiting documentation, ensures policy compliance, and assists with special projects. Requires engineering recruiting experience, strong communication skills, technical interest, autonomy, organization, and teamwork.

Designs, develops, debugs, tests, and verifies embedded control software for aerospace power electronics, including active rectifiers, motor controls, converters, and AC drives. Creates software requirements, architecture and design documentation, verification plans, test procedures, and compliance documentation aligned with RTCA/DO-178. Leads or supports engineering teams, design reviews, supplier and customer interfaces, technical investigations, performance testing, and continuous improvement activities while ensuring airworthiness and project requirements are met.

Designs, develops, and validates automated electrical test systems for aerospace hardware and avionics using NI TestStand and LabVIEW. Responsibilities include creating test procedures, fixtures, and interface hardware; integrating test equipment; analyzing failures; supporting qualification, acceptance, environmental, and EMI/EMC testing; preparing technical documentation; and troubleshooting and maintaining test stations in collaboration with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
