Collect, archive, track, and generate quality reports for PACE sites. Prepare data for analysis, perform submission audits, and support Quality Specialists and Directors to ensure compliance with CMS and DHCS. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to sustain implemented quality improvements.

The Enrollment Development Specialist I supports marketing efforts for the PACE program, focusing on increasing awareness and census through stakeholder relationships and outreach within diverse communities.

Assist geriatric participants with ADLs/IADLs at home or in a PACE center under direct supervision of licensed Physical or Occupational Therapists, follow treatment plans to restore/maintain function, and provide compassionate, customer-focused care.
