As a Principal Product Manager, you will drive innovation in AI technology, reshape expert acquisition strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.

Lead and scale a Consulting Account Management organization to drive retention, expansion, and product adoption. Build repeatable processes, forecast revenue, coach managers and ICs, recruit talent, partner with Sales/Product/Marketing, and communicate customer signals to leadership.

Manage and develop a team of ~10 Customer Success Managers to drive product demos, adoption campaigns, and measurable client outcomes. Set strategy, prioritize account coverage with sales, build scalable playbooks and demo flows using product usage data and GenAI insights, and collaborate with Enablement, Marketing, and Product to align messaging and roll out initiatives.
