Supports deal structuring, pricing, discounting, contract terms, approvals, and redline resolution throughout the sales cycle. Partners with Sales, Legal, Finance, and RevOps to apply pricing guardrails, resolve exceptions, improve deal review processes, and document repeatable workflows. The role also helps embed AI into CPQ, CLM, and CRM workflows while maintaining metrics such as cycle time, approval turnaround, discount rates, SLA attainment, and deal quality.

Leads AlphaSense’s Financial Services channel research coverage across banking, insurance, and fintech. Develops coverage roadmaps, channel-check frameworks, expert source strategies, and structured questionnaires. Guides analysts and operations teams on project execution, expert targeting, feasibility, and research quality. Acts as the primary financial services domain expert, identifying companies, subsectors, value chains, and research opportunities while improving workflows and ensuring insights are consistent, actionable, and aligned with investor demand.

Owns the end-to-end development, testing, launch, monitoring, and maintenance of Gainsight CSP playbooks, health rules, and human handoff alerts. Partners with lifecycle marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps on data architecture, integrations, quality standards, documentation, and troubleshooting. The role ensures scalable, accurate, auditable customer lifecycle automation and serves as the Gainsight subject matter expert for Customer Marketing initiatives.
