Coordinate planning and execution of North America B2B/SaaS tradeshows: logistics, booth design, vendor management, onsite leadership, budget tracking, ROI reporting, sponsorship fulfillment, sales alignment, swag/inventory, and event calendar management.

Decompose services, build shared libraries and configuration frameworks, enable private/isolated cloud deployments, land changes in product services, set architecture patterns, partner with Cloud Platform/SRE/DevEx, mentor senior engineers, and embed AI tooling into development workflows.

Design and own CI/CD and configuration management for a large-scale, multi-cluster Kubernetes fleet. Define GitOps-driven, declarative reference architectures and templated production environments. Implement progressive delivery (canary, automated rollback), improve pipeline reliability and speed, evolve the Internal Developer Portal, embed AI tooling into delivery workflows, and partner with Cloud, Security, and Compliance while mentoring senior engineers.

Lead design, operation, and evolution of AlphaSense’s cloud and Kubernetes platform. Improve security, reliability, cost, and performance; build tooling and AI integrations; enable self-service workflows; support global engineering teams and drive platform standards and automation.

Lead DevEx strategy and execution across inner-loop and outer-loop developer experiences. Align platform, CI/CD, IDP, and SRE teams, define productivity metrics (DORA/DX), drive AI-enabled SDLC adoption, improve CI/CD reliability and predictability, and mentor engineering teams to scale developer productivity.

Lead creation and scaling of customer lifecycle marketing focused on usage and consumption. Define strategy, operating model, experimentation framework, and KPIs to increase product adoption and consumption (especially APIs). Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and RevOps to drive time-to-value, feature adoption, and measurable revenue.
