Manages a mid-market commercial property and casualty insurance book of business, including client relationships, renewals, new business development, coverage analysis, carrier negotiations, service team direction, vendor contracts, and fee collection. Serves as the primary client contact, presents renewal analyses, identifies cross-selling opportunities, supports RFPs, and provides technical expertise while maintaining accurate agency management system data.

Supports employee benefits account renewals, marketing, underwriting coordination, financial reporting, provider network comparisons, and utilization analysis. Partners with account teams, carriers, and vendors to gather information, evaluate plan options, prepare renewal summaries, manage deadlines, validate responses, and support client maintenance projects. Maintains accurate agency management system data and may review team members’ work for completeness.

Supports employee benefits account teams with insurance renewal analysis, marketing, financial summaries, plan comparisons, negotiation preparation, client maintenance, and final renewal documentation. The role gathers and validates client information, coordinates with carriers and vendors, evaluates renewal responses, maintains accurate agency management system data, and prepares analytical materials for account presentations. It also manages multiple deadlines and ongoing client projects while providing technical and administrative support.
