Supervise cargo office staff and coordinate airline cargo shipping, documentation, customer service, freight acceptance, import release, payment collection, and transfer manifests. Assign work, train employees, resolve discrepancies, and recommend personnel actions. Ensure compliance with TSA, FAA, CBP, IATA, airline, and company procedures, including dangerous-goods handling. The role requires flexible scheduling, airport security training, physical cargo handling, and communication in a warehouse and aircraft environment.

Supervise ramp personnel loading, unloading, and servicing aircraft; manage shift staffing; coordinate with customers and management to prevent delays; enforce aviation and company safety procedures; assign GSE maintenance; interpret aircraft loading, hazardous materials, and weight-and-balance documentation; record flight information for billing; and assist with baggage, cargo, aircraft servicing, safety walks, and GSE operations. The role requires outdoor work, physical lifting, and flexible availability across all shifts.

Lead ramp operations supporting aircraft turnarounds. Responsibilities include guiding aircraft, loading and unloading baggage, cargo, and mail, cleaning and stocking cabins, operating ground support equipment, towing aircraft, servicing water and lavatory systems, and maintaining strict safety standards. The role requires outdoor work in varied weather, heavy lifting, flexible shifts, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
