Operate handheld and stationary grinders and sanders to smooth, finish, and prepare metal surfaces and welds. Select proper abrasives, read and apply production paperwork and finishing instructions, perform basic inspections and measurements, maintain consistent quality and safety, lift and handle materials, and work assigned shifts with required PPE.

Drive safety, quality, on-time delivery and cost control through lean initiatives, Kaizen/A3 problem solving, labor relations management, cross-functional collaboration, and frontline engagement to support production, new product launches, and continuous improvement.
