Manage environmental permitting and compliance for California projects: prepare and negotiate permit applications (401/404, Porter-Cologne, Fish and Game), coordinate with agencies, produce technical reports (jurisdictional delineations, mitigation plans), oversee construction monitoring and permit closeout, lead project teams, manage budgets and client relationships, and support business development and quality assurance.

Lead and manage air quality consulting projects, serve as client primary contact, develop proposals and technical work, ensure regulatory compliance and QA, mentor staff, grow client relationships, and meet financial targets.
