Troubleshoots routing, security, and cloud issues, advises customers on best practices, and provides product feedback to the Product Management team.

Leads regional enterprise sales performance, quota attainment, forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic deal execution. Manages, coaches, recruits, and develops Account Directors while enforcing CRM discipline and sales methodology. Partners with executives, customers, channel partners, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to grow revenue, improve win rates, and protect margins across complex technology sales.

Leads Northeast regional sales performance, quota attainment, forecasting, pipeline discipline, and strategic deal execution. Manages, coaches, recruits, and develops Account Directors while partnering with executives, customers, channel partners, and cross-functional teams. Owns regional planning, complex enterprise negotiations, CRM hygiene, sales methodology, and predictable revenue growth for Alkira’s cloud networking platform.
