Leads external financial reporting, SEC filings, technical accounting, audit coordination, SOX controls, and accounting policy implementation for a complex multi-entity organization. Oversees complex transaction assessments, monthly reporting, stock-based compensation, systems implementations, process improvements, and outsourced resources. Partners with executives, auditors, internal audit, and the Controller while supervising accounting staff and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC, PCAOB, and SOX requirements.
