The Principal, Technical Product Management drives product strategy, influences senior stakeholders, and leads cross-functional initiatives within healthcare technology to enhance products for seniors and the chronically ill.

Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and other C-level executives, managing complex calendaring, travel, board meeting logistics, confidential communications, research, reports, and process improvements. Serve as liaison to board members and internal teams, take meeting notes, follow up on action items, and lead administrative projects with discretion and strong organizational skills.

Serve as primary onboarding contact for new hires from offer acceptance through first day. Coordinate IT provisioning, background checks, I-9 verification, documentation, system access, and orientation. Communicate status to candidates and stakeholders, resolve issues, maintain confidentiality, and support executive onboarding logistics in partnership with cross-functional teams.
