Handles inquiries from prospective members, providers, and community partners; directs prospects to field sales when appropriate; conducts enrollment and disenrollment campaigns; submits activity reports; follows CMS, federal, state, and company marketing guidelines; supports competitor analysis and Sales and Marketing projects.

Processes new Medicare plan enrollments, disenrollments, denials, and rejects; validates enrollment data against error reports and CMS files; submits transaction files; conducts data entry; tracks pending applications; communicates with members, CMS, and sales representatives; supports compliance mailings and prepares monthly enrollment reports.

Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax filings; own ASC 740 quarterly and annual tax provisions; manage audits, notices, and external advisors; partner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and Operations; monitor tax legislation; improve tax processes, SOX controls, and tax automation using tax and ERP platforms.
