Summer interns rotate across audit and tax teams, gaining exposure to public accounting, preparing audit documents, reports, and tax returns, reviewing internal controls, examining financial and tax records, performing tax research, and communicating findings. The role is an in-person, temporary eight-week internship requiring up to 32 hours weekly. Applicants should be pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics and submit transcripts with their application.

Manage audits, reviews, and compilations for construction-industry clients from planning through completion. Lead engagements, supervise and train staff, act as technical resource, handle client interactions and business development, and ensure compliance with GAAP and FASB standards.

Serve as tax expert for construction clients, managing client relationships, delivering tax strategies and reviews, supervising staff, leading prospecting and client meetings, and overseeing engagement financials, billing, collections, and risk management under partner oversight.
