Develops, validates, and applies computational models and simulations for electronic and electromechanical medical-device systems. The role uses C and C++ with embedded microcontrollers, lab equipment, and board-level debugging tools.

Design and develop FPGA logic, image-processing pipelines, embedded firmware, and hardware interfaces for surgical camera systems. Create testbenches, timing constraints, automated build and test platforms, and host testing tools. Develops, maintains, tests, and supports software for on-market ophthalmic medical devices and imaging platforms.
