Leads the design, development, testing, and maintenance of full-stack applications using Java, Spring, React, databases, and APIs. Owns medium- to large-scale features through production, contributes to architecture, reviews code and designs, and improves observability, performance, reliability, and resiliency. Participates in incident response and root-cause analysis while mentoring engineers and collaborating across Product, Design, QA, and engineering teams.

Manage functional support for corporate Oracle EPM applications, including Planning, EPBCS, PCM, and EDMCS. Triage incidents and business requests, gather FP&A and G&A requirements, create functional designs, manage enhancements, troubleshoot data and calculation issues, and support access management. Develop documentation, testing materials, user training, and UAT support while coordinating with technical teams and Finance Transformation workstreams.

Leads complex identity and customer profile technical programs, coordinating Product, Engineering, Design, Architecture, Security, Commerce, and platform teams. Develops integrated plans, dependency maps, milestones, risk registers, and executive updates. Oversees architecture reviews, migrations, integrations, launches, and post-launch stabilization while improving governance, prioritization, capacity management, and delivery predictability across large engineering organizations.
