The role also supports brochures, presentations, qualifications statements, and other business-development deliverables while collaborating with graphics teams, teaming partners, and business-development stakeholders.

Maintains account-level oversight of client experience, project performance, risks, financials, and opportunities. Develops stakeholder relationships, maintains Salesforce account intelligence, supports account strategy and growth, coordinates follow-through, leads project after-action reviews and onboarding, and escalates issues while partnering with account and business unit leadership.
