Manages cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial controls for large-scale construction projects. Monitors costs and variances, validates subcontractor payment applications, tracks commitments and change orders, supports contract administration and claims analysis, and coordinates with project, scheduling, commercial, and procurement teams. The role also contributes to value engineering, cost optimization, final accounts, audits, and project closeout while advising project leadership on financial risks and corrective actions.

Coordinates proposal development and marketing materials for construction pursuits. Responsibilities include organizing pursuit teams, developing and editing content, formatting and proofreading proposals, conducting research, maintaining resumes and project descriptions, tracking action plans, and ensuring brand, quality, and compliance standards. The role also supports brochures, presentations, qualifications statements, and other business-development deliverables while collaborating with graphics teams, teaming partners, and business-development stakeholders.

Manages construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing client relationships, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, billing, quality, contract compliance, and profitability. Leads preconstruction, buyout, design-build MEP coordination, project controls, and closeout activities across multiple corporate interiors and tenant improvement projects. Provides team leadership, training, process improvement, client communication, and participation in marketing and industry events.

Assists project managers with commercial construction delivery by reviewing plans, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals; coordinating schedules, testing, meetings, and subcontractor information; maintaining project logs and reports; supporting bidding and scope development; inspecting structural work; evaluating construction methods; and promoting safety, quality, compliance, and efficiency. Requires extended travel outside California, with approximately monthly trips home.

Develops and maintains CPM-based schedules for construction projects, monitors progress against baselines, analyzes variances, and reports schedule trends. Coordinates project timelines, resources, milestones, bids, and work packages with project managers, superintendents, engineers, estimators, customers, and other stakeholders. Ensures schedules are feasible, current, and communicated effectively while recommending corrective actions and process improvements.

Supports construction project delivery by managing project documentation, meeting materials, drawings, RFIs, change orders, subcontractor communications, schedules, and closeout activities. The role ensures procedural and contractual compliance, tracks deadlines and pricing, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, and mentors project coordinators and administrators. Work is primarily office-based with occasional work in active medical care facilities.

Supports project managers and superintendents during an operations rotation and assists senior team members with estimating duties. Participates in safety initiatives, training programs, and assigned construction tasks. Requires construction-related education, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to read drawings and specifications, discretion, and the ability to follow directions. General construction knowledge and experience with PlanGrid, Procore, Bluebeam, or CMiC are advantageous.
