Drives cross-functional Order-to-Cash visibility and execution from order fulfillment through shipment and invoicing. Tracks backlog, commitments, shipment readiness, invoicing status, operational metrics, and revenue-at-risk. Coordinates Planning, Production, Quality, Shipping, Finance, and Program Delivery teams; identifies constraints, escalates risks, resolves data inconsistencies, supports audits, and improves reporting and fulfillment governance without direct authority or supervisory responsibility.

Leads complex electrical engineering designs for rugged embedded systems used in military, aerospace, and space programs. Responsibilities include schematic capture, design trades, interconnections, PCB layout, simulation, functional testing, design reviews, technical writing, RCCA reporting, process improvement, mentoring, and technical planning. Requires digital design experience with mil-spec or space programs and familiarity with VME, cPCI, PCIe, WCCA, and EPSA.

Supports the Quality Management System and customer quality requirements through contract reviews, nonconformance management, corrective actions, first article inspections, quality metrics, supplier quality, audits, and product inspection. The role coordinates quality documentation, analyzes performance trends, supports AS9100 compliance, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers in a regulated aerospace and defense environment.
