Designs, implements, and optimizes secure Azure Virtual Desktop environments, including host pools, session hosts, images, scaling, application delivery, profiles, FSLogix, Entra ID, Intune, networking, and monitoring. The role also supports Citrix migrations, performance and capacity validation, troubleshooting, deployment standards, operational runbooks, and knowledge transfer in a secure federal enterprise environment.

Administer and optimize VMware vSphere, ESXi, Windows Server, SAN storage, snapshots, and Veeam backups. Support hybrid-cloud migration, infrastructure consolidation, disaster recovery, high availability, performance tuning, security, compliance, and PowerShell automation. Conduct troubleshooting, capacity planning, root-cause analysis, and infrastructure optimization while mentoring team members and collaborating with stakeholders and vendors in regulated government environments.

Lead Exchange Server and Exchange Online architecture, administration, security, hybrid-to-cloud migration, high availability, backup and disaster recovery. Troubleshoot messaging, mail flow, authentication, connectivity, and infrastructure issues while administering supporting Windows Server and Active Directory environments. Develop PowerShell automation, optimize performance, document standards and procedures, and provide technical leadership. The role requires an active Public Trust clearance or higher and supports a potential federal cloud-consolidation contract.
