Execute full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for Sales and GTM roles in the Americas. Source passive candidates, run screens, manage pipelines in Ashby/ATS, coordinate offers, maintain ATS data and reporting, and partner with recruiters and sales leadership to improve hiring processes and build fintech/payments talent knowledge.

Manage end-to-end travel industry partnerships: identify and pursue new partners, activate and grow partner referrals and revenue, own partner account management, deepen executive relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless partner experience supporting US expansion.

Lead and scale a team of full-cycle Account Executives focused on SMB acquisition. Own revenue, pipeline health, deal quality, and execution velocity. Coach AEs on discovery, negotiation, and closing; enforce pipeline discipline, CRM hygiene, and metrics-driven operations. Manage licensing, registrations, compliance obligations, regulator engagement, cross-border product support, regulatory strategy, and external counsel. Partner with product, compliance, risk, and commercial teams to enable market expansion and ensure timely regulatory filings while improving efficiency with AI and legaltech tools.
