Lead laboratory testing and method development for raw materials and finished goods, perform analytical and physical testing, drive root-cause investigations, design experiments and statistical analyses, support R&D and scale-up, maintain lab documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Supervise the QC laboratory and quality technicians, ensure testing and calibration, manage customer complaints, execute AS9100 internal audits, enforce safety, and support continuous quality improvements.

Manage the conversion department: schedule shifts, supervise staff, ensure inventory accuracy and housekeeping, drive process improvements, lead projects, coordinate with engineering/maintenance, handle quality holds/rework, conduct hiring and performance reviews, and maintain safety and forklift certification compliance.
