AirMedia delivers large-scale, targeted audiences to premium, ad-supported web video publishers, in three ways:

1) AirMedia Syndication matches premium video content from its customers with article pages at premium sites around the web through its free syndication platform.

2) AirMedia Recommendations promote video content from AirMedia customers to to millions of web video consumers every month, through its Content Recommendation Unit or "CRU." This promotional unit runs inside the video window, at the end of each video, in video players running on premium sites all over the web.

3) AirMedia's AIR.TV content exchange and video portal provides AirMedia customers with a 'premium-content-only' alternative to YouTube and other portals: At AIR.TV, content owners exclusively control ad sales around their content, and they reap a much larger percentage of revenue than they do at YouTube or any other portal.

These three pieces of the AirMedia platform work independently or together, depending on each content provider's needs.
