Own and improve CI/CD, build, test, deployment, and release systems for cloud and native software across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Implement branch controls, quality gates, observability, incident improvements, and software supply-chain security. Manage secrets, signing materials, artifact integrity, and release promotion while modernizing workflows. Troubleshoot complex delivery failures, review automation, and mentor engineers. The role supports customer-hosted and multi-tenant SaaS products and collaborates across engineering, QA, security, product, and support.

Principal Software Engineer responsible for the architecture, development, and technical direction of macOS and Linux endpoint agents. The role involves application-control enforcement, privileged services, OS event monitoring, secure communications, lifecycle management, installation and updates, debugging, code reviews, testing, observability, and mentoring. The engineer will collaborate across product, QA, security, support, and cloud teams while resolving complex systems, performance, reliability, and security issues.

Lead a team of four to five engineers developing Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoint agents. Remain hands-on with Windows agent architecture, C/C++ development, kernel and user-mode components, debugging, performance, security, upgrades, and incident response. Provide technical direction, manage delivery, coach engineers, and collaborate with product, QA, security, support, and cloud teams to improve product quality and customer outcomes.
