Supports payroll financial accuracy and compliance through bank, general ledger, funding, and payroll reconciliations; Positive Pay reporting; stale check and escheatment processes; month-end close; 401(k) funding; state reporting; audits; discrepancy resolution; documentation; and internal control improvements. Partners with HR, Finance, and other departments on payroll audits, system initiatives, registrations, company codes, and organizational changes.

Manages paid social and mobile advertising campaigns from planning through optimization. Develops digital strategies, translates campaign goals into measurable results, evaluates performance data, and identifies opportunities to improve website user experience and conversions. Partners with creative, media, web, social media, marketing teams, regional groups, agencies, and vendors to develop campaigns, targeting, measurement approaches, and advertising assets.

Provides executive, administrative, communication, and scheduling support to the President. Manages complex calendars, Board liaison activities, travel, meetings, events, expense reports, meeting minutes, projects, and organizational initiatives. The role requires exceptional organization, communication, discretion, adaptability, and problem-solving while coordinating with internal leaders, Board members, employees, and external contacts.

Leads the organization’s end-to-end source-to-pay strategy, including procurement, supplier onboarding, accounts payable, financial controls, process standardization, and supporting technology. Drives global transformation, automation, AI-enabled solutions, governance, compliance, spend visibility, cost reduction, payment efficiency, and high-performing teams across business units and geographies.

Creates social-first videos, photography, graphics, carousels, stories, reels, and other multimedia content. Collaborates with social media and communications teams to support campaigns, events, advocacy efforts, and organizational priorities while growing audiences, increasing engagement, strengthening the brand, and communicating AHF’s mission and impact.

Provides senior-level financial oversight for government and nonprofit grant and contract portfolios. Reviews budgets, expenditures, invoices, reimbursements, drawdowns, reconciliations, and financial reports for compliance with 2 CFR 200 and funder requirements. Supports audits, resolves billing and compliance issues, identifies risks, recommends internal controls, assists with budget development and amendments, maintains audit documentation, and provides financial guidance to program staff and management.

Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules that support AHF business and IT needs. Translate business requests into reliable technical solutions, manage development within budget and timelines, test and maintain applications, improve system interoperability and automation, and ensure production systems perform effectively. Collaborate with IT and business units using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to enhance productivity, service quality, and user satisfaction.

Leads end-to-end web application and technology solution delivery, including architecture, development, deployment, and production launch. Manages software developers, establishes engineering and security standards, advances AI-assisted development and automation, and oversees enterprise applications, SSRS reports, SSIS solutions, infrastructure governance, IIS, databases, SSL certificates, and hosting. Partners with stakeholders on roadmaps and delivery while ensuring HIPAA, security, reliability, and operational best practices.

Reviews contracts for compliance and savings opportunities, manages vendor performance, mitigates risk, controls costs, promotes ethical sourcing, and facilitates contract workflows in a Contract Lifecycle Management application. The role supports supplier relationships, resource optimization, organizational collaboration, and alignment between supplier capabilities and business objectives.
