Leads the company’s IT function, directing multidisciplinary teams across IT operations, security, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, SaaS applications, and end-user services. Executes the CTO’s technology roadmap, advances ITSM/ITIL maturity, maintains business continuity, oversees vendors and procurement, supports compliance, manages budgets, and provides executive reporting. The Director also recruits and develops the IT organization, partners with software engineering and people operations, and ensures secure, reliable, scalable technology services across affiliated companies.

Leads technical direction for enterprise software built with C#/.NET, Blazor, and Azure while maintaining transitional React applications. Oversees architecture, production readiness, secure engineering, testing, CI/CD, incident response, delivery planning, and React-to-Blazor migrations. Coaches engineers, coordinates technical execution, manages dependencies and risks, and establishes reusable Microsoft-centric engineering standards. Revit and AEC domain experience are required.

Build and lead AI2IO’s product adoption and training discipline across applications and features. Establish standards for seminars, live training, videos, documentation, onboarding, UAT, release readiness, learning paths, and adoption measurement. Deliver high-impact training, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and support teams, and mentor contributors without formal management authority. Improve content governance, accessibility, self-service, rollout readiness, and ecosystem-wide adoption through evidence-based programs and AI-assisted content workflows.
