The Specialty Solutions Engineer will design and architect technical solutions in observability, partner with sales, and support customer engagements. Responsibilities include advising on solutions, developing relationships, and participating in pre-sales documentation.

Manage post-booking order execution for assigned accounts: monitor order progress, update systems with shipment and tracking details, coordinate procurement/logistics/warehouse/account teams to resolve blockers, investigate discrepancies, escalate exceptions, and support high-volume delivery planning while improving processes and order visibility.

Lead architecture, implementation, and operations of multi-tenant Privileged Access Management (PAM) services (primarily BeyondTrust) for MSP customers. Design secure privileged workflows, integrate PAM with identity/ITSM/SIEM, automate onboarding and lifecycle tasks, maintain high-availability PAM infrastructure, conduct risk assessments and audits, mentor team members, and act as PAM subject matter expert for managed services engagements.
