Define and deliver architectures and prototypes for new, large-scale, highly available software systems. Research and qualify emerging technologies, design extensible systems, produce technical documentation, mentor engineers, and support transitions to operational teams while applying cloud-native, event-driven, and generative-AI approaches.

Assist the Chief Strategy Officer in executing corporate strategy, perform analysis, support decision-making, and develop strategies to enhance Agero's market position.

Design, develop, implement, and evaluate synchronous, asynchronous, and blended learning solutions. Partner with SMEs and business units to create eLearning, instructor-led training, job aids, assessments, and metrics-driven improvements. Manage multiple instructional design projects, facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions, and leverage e-learning tools (including Articulate and AI-enabled technologies) to improve associate performance and ROI.
