The Lead Data Analyst (Network) drives data-driven initiatives, dissects datasets, and provides actionable insights to enhance business performance and network efficiency.

Lead design and scaling of enterprise digital learning infrastructure, integrate generative AI and digital talent platforms, build agile skills inventories, design curriculum and manager coaching frameworks, and deliver predictive analytics and dashboards to measure skill velocity and business impact.

Lead data analyst responsible for advanced analytics, real-time performance dashboards, network capacity modeling, and generating actionable insights for third-party service providers. Drives testing and pilots, analyzes stakeholder feedback, and serves as an internal analytics subject-matter expert to inform network strategy and operational improvements.

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and pipelines to optimize operations. Lead full ML project lifecycle, ensure model evaluation/monitoring, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement in ML applications and processes.

Design, develop, implement, and evaluate synchronous, asynchronous, and blended learning solutions. Partner with SMEs and business units to create eLearning, instructor-led training, job aids, assessments, and metrics-driven improvements. Manage multiple instructional design projects, facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions, and leverage e-learning tools (including Articulate and AI-enabled technologies) to improve associate performance and ROI.

Assist the Chief Strategy Officer in executing corporate strategy, perform analysis, support decision-making, and develop strategies to enhance Agero's market position.
