Manage and grow existing client relationships for AgencyBloc, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, conduct business reviews, coordinate with Customer Success and Product to resolve issues, execute strategic account plans, provide product demos and training, and keep accurate HubSpot records to meet revenue and retention goals.

Provide frontline support for AgencyBloc's SaaS products via phone, email, chat, and video. Troubleshoot issues, deliver brief training, drive product adoption, meet client satisfaction metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and improve processes.

Drive new revenue in the Mid-Market segment through outbound prospecting, full-cycle sales ownership, pipeline management, forecasting, and closing. Diagnose client needs, meet sales targets, support product/market efforts, represent the company at events, and stay current on industry trends.
