Manages operations project management teams and oversees projects from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing timelines, budgets, resources, vendors, risks, and cross-functional coordination across procurement, manufacturing, and quality control. The role drives process improvements, stakeholder communication, post-project evaluations, and operational alignment while leading project management personnel.

Supports the execution of company programs across cost, schedule, technical performance, risks, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment. Coordinates project teams, leads program meetings and reviews, tracks program health and statistics, analyzes scope changes, supports proposals, and ensures compliance with company processes. The role works with a lead program manager in a highly technical environment and may support unmanned aircraft and international programs.

Designs, simulates, prototypes, integrates, and tests digital and analog electronic systems for small unmanned aircraft. Responsibilities include PCB architecture and layout, component selection, circuit board bring-up, embedded processor and sensor integration, troubleshooting, documentation, and fabrication and test procedures. The role collaborates cross-functionally with avionics, embedded systems, and RF teams, supports R&D projects, and may participate in flight testing.
