Produces short- and long-form video content for Apple TV, social media, websites, advertising, and in-stadium displays. Manages end-to-end production, including filming, lighting, audio, interviews, editing, motion graphics, subtitling, and post-production. Maintains digital assets, supports broadcast and external partners, and collaborates with marketing, design, digital, partnerships, and game presentation teams. Requires frequent domestic and international travel for games, events, training sessions, and club initiatives.

Administer special events contracts throughout their lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and maintaining agreements. Manage vendor, venue, sponsor, insurance, and compliance documentation; coordinate with legal, finance, sales, accounting, operations, and production teams; process event-related records and deposits; improve workflows and reporting; maintain organized files; and train employees on contract administration procedures.

Leads AXS sports-industry growth by identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing partnerships with teams, leagues, venues, and rights holders. Manages the full business development lifecycle, including prospecting, solution design, financial modeling, contract negotiation, CRM leadership, sales messaging, and implementation transitions. Builds executive relationships, represents AXS at industry events, develops revenue opportunities, and collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations.
