Negotiate, draft, and interpret complex global commercial contracts supporting IT, finance, travel, HR, and other corporate functions. Advise business leaders on contractual risk, manage attorneys and cross-functional teams, establish contract processes and templates, and negotiate agreements involving artificial intelligence, software licensing, SaaS, and master services arrangements.

Leads enterprise capture and consultative sales efforts for major water and infrastructure pursuits. Develops winning strategies, manages discovery and pre-positioning, coordinates technical, marketing, bidding, and executive stakeholders, and oversees proposal quality, commercial compliance, budgets, milestones, and sales metrics. Builds client relationships, maintains qualified pipelines, mentors capture teams, and drives multidisciplinary growth across a global matrix organization.

Designs and delivers electrical systems for colocation and hyperscale data centers, including medium- and low-voltage distribution, backup power, and emergency systems. Responsibilities include electrical calculations, schematics, bills of materials, installation drawings, code compliance, specifications, budgets, and collaboration with engineering stakeholders. Requires client-facing project work, occasional travel, and expertise in Revit, ACC, and power-system analysis tools.
