Lead program-level reporting and controls for infrastructure programs: develop reports, coordinate across projects, manage interdependencies, guide project controls teams, liaise with senior leadership, and provide regular program progress and risk updates.

Lead RCRA and hazardous-waste regulatory projects from planning through completion. Develop technical approaches, estimates, designs and deliverables; oversee multidisciplinary teams, client communication, quality control, budgeting, scheduling, and mentor junior staff to ensure regulatory compliance and cost-effective solutions.

Lead day-to-day project controls for oil, gas, and remediation projects: maintain cost-loaded schedules, perform forecasting and EVM, analyze financial performance, manage budgets and change control, review expenditures and invoices, support cost/schedule integration, deliver stakeholder reports, mitigate cost/schedule risk, and mentor junior staff.
