Responsibilities include designing pipelines, treatment facilities, storage systems, pumping stations, drainage, grading, and hydraulic systems. The role also manages client relationships, proposals, business development, technical documentation, and team development.

Leads and manages design proposals and presentations from pre-RFP positioning through interviews. Responsibilities include pursuit planning, compliance, scheduling, content development, writing, editing, document design, quality reviews, and coordinating technical and business development teams. The role also manages proposal information, ensures brand and RFP adherence, supports go/no-go analyses, and handles multiple concurrent projects.

Develops, maintains, and analyzes schedules for infrastructure and construction programs. Responsibilities include schedule development, progress measurement, variance and risk analysis, WBS and coding support, baseline maintenance, reporting, change management, earned value tracking, and coordinating with project teams to keep projects on track.
