Oversee operations for physician practices including budgeting, HR, payroll, materials management, compliance, personnel policies, hiring, performance evaluation, training, and coordination of support services to ensure efficient practice performance.

Coordinate provider credentialing and onboarding across multiple campuses: collect and input documentation, manage credentialing/recredentialing, coordinate orientation and HR processing, track provider status, and communicate with Risk, Medical Staff, and Managed Care to ensure timely completion.

Oversees day-to-day operations of cardiology physician practices, ensuring policy compliance, budget performance, HR and payroll coordination, staff hiring and training, performance evaluations, and regulatory adherence. Compiles practice statistics and supports leadership with personnel actions and operational improvements.
