Apply full-stack development, solution architecture, secure system design, DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containerization, monitoring, troubleshooting, and software lifecycle practices. Collaborate with customers and technical teams to communicate requirements and resolve complex operational issues.

Provides Tier 1 help desk and customer support for SBA loan processing systems. Assists staff, borrowers, and lenders with applications, document uploads, online forms, and technical issues through phone, email, and ticketing systems. Reviews and routes inquiries, verifies application completeness, identifies missing or duplicate information, protects confidential data, and escalates issues appropriately. Maintains responsive service in a remote, federal-program environment while following security, privacy, VPN, and service-level requirements.
