adQuadrant is looking for a Partnerships Manager to develop and expand the sales process and partnerships program. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and executing referral programs within a sales team and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include owning the architecture and build out of the partnership referral program, maintaining a strong understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem, meeting sales targets, and building relationships with adQuadrant's partners.

Your role is to identify and proactively acquire new agency business targeting SMB / Mid-market DTC (Direct to Consumer) brands looking to increase scale and efficiency from their digital marketing investments. You will be an educator, solutions architect, and business consultant to new clients.
