Manage and grow customer accounts for security and low-voltage product distribution. Responsibilities include increasing market share, acquiring new customers, strengthening relationships, identifying sales opportunities, gathering market intelligence, coordinating internal support, and delivering customer training. The role requires sales expertise, strong communication and negotiation skills, Salesforce and Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and travel of up to 75% within the assigned territory.

Grow assigned customer accounts by increasing revenue, margins, order size, and transactions. Acquire new customers, convert competitive purchases, conduct outbound sales calls, maintain customer relationships and interaction records, explain product features, promote ADI services, and deliver strong customer experiences across in-store, phone, and online channels.

Provides technical support to Control4 customers and integrators, including installation guidance, configuration, troubleshooting, returns, and Tier-1 support across smart-home, AV, networking, surveillance, and automation technologies. Creates technical documentation, participates in product beta testing, and contributes to team training. The role requires at least two years of Control4 installation or programming experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, customer-focused communication, and broad knowledge of connected technology systems.
