Own and scale Adapty’s Proxmox, Ceph, bare-metal, and cloud infrastructure across OVH, Hetzner, AWS, and GCP. Responsibilities include infrastructure automation with Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, and GitLab CI; resource rightsizing and FinOps; Kubernetes operations; cluster separation; reliability, incident response, and root-cause analysis; and supporting PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Aerospike data platforms.

Own Adapty’s talent acquisition function across three products, leading five recruiters and managing end-to-end hiring. Close executive-level roles, build repeatable recruitment infrastructure, establish scorecards and interview processes, monitor recruiting performance, report funnel metrics to leadership, and train hiring managers. The role requires strong recruitment leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders and make team performance decisions.

Owns product quality for a complex client-server web application and mobile SDK ecosystem. Responsibilities include writing test cases and acceptance criteria, clarifying requirements, executing end-to-end, regression, integration, and exploratory testing, assessing release risks, maintaining reusable test coverage, and improving testing infrastructure across backend, frontend, SDK, and native mobile platforms.
