The Director of Finance oversees accounting projects, manages compensation plans, leads software implementations, and ensures compliance with financial regulations while reviewing accounting documentation and analyses.

Conducts commercial insurance risk assessments, surveys, and accident investigations; prepares account reports; identifies loss exposures; recommends hazard controls; and develops customized safety and training programs. Provides industrial hygiene services, including noise mapping, trains supervisors, supports safety meetings, advises policyholders and agents, and maintains stakeholder relationships. Travels throughout the assigned territory and uses applicable codes, standards, and technical resources to improve workplace safety and reduce claims.
