Designs and governs provider templates, call center protocols, appointment-flow standards, SOPs, and change-control processes. Tracks scheduling KPIs, partners with analytics on dashboards, identifies performance variation, and leads corrective action. Collaborates with regional, practice, physician, call center, revenue cycle, marketing, and recruiting teams to improve access, provider utilization, patient experience, and revenue outcomes.

Provides operational and strategic leadership across multi-site ophthalmology clinics and optical retail locations. Oversees site leaders, clinical and optical performance, regulatory compliance, patient experience, revenue, staffing, budgets, inventory, and workflow standardization. Partners with physicians and corporate functions to expand access, improve care delivery, contain costs, and address underperformance through data-driven decisions.
