Leads regional individual-giving strategy, market leadership teams, specialized fundraising teams, and principal and major gift portfolios. The role drives donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of high-net-worth individuals; aligns fundraising with mission, marketing, communications, and operations; engages volunteers and governance leaders; and establishes performance accountability across markets. Frequent travel and evening or weekend work are required.

Lead a market fundraising team responsible for a $3M+ portfolio. Drive revenue via major donor and corporate relationships, volunteer leadership development, and execution of market fundraising strategies. Oversee portfolio performance, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure talent development and stewardship to meet revenue goals.
